Boat
Rigging Charts are listed below. More categories will be added shortly! |
||
| 1. | Club Women (sculling) | Rigging
charts are used to set up boats for different ages, sexes and levels of
rowers and scullers. What is suitable for an elite male sculler would not
be suitable for a 16 year old club sculler. The aim is to maximise the efficiency
of your effort and stroke against the speed of the boat. It would be no
good setting up a boat with "stiff" ratios in order to move fast
if you can't maintain the harder work it would require to keep the boat
going. Once you have set up a boat, you will need to try it out. If you feel you need to make adjustments, then it's best to make one change at a time then try it out again, rather than making loads of changes all in one go. |
| 2. | Club Men (sculling) | |
| 3. | International LWT Men | |
| 4. | J14-15 Men | |
| 5. | J16 Men | |
